1. Overview
At ValetPress, we supply a wide range of business essentials sourced from multiple suppliers.
Because product eligibility varies by manufacturer and category, not all items are eligible for return. Please review the policy below before placing your order.
2. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only for eligible items and must meet the following conditions:
- A Return Authorization (RA) must be issued by ValetPress prior to return
- Items must be in resalable condition
- Items must be returned in original packaging, including all materials
No markings or labels may be applied to original cartons
ValetPress reserves the right to approve or deny any return request based on product eligibility and condition.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are final sale and not eligible for return, including but not limited to:
- Food, beverage, or consumable products
- Pharmaceuticals or regulated items
- Safety equipment and PPE
- Installed or used equipment
- Dated or shelf-life-sensitive goods
- Special order or custom products
- Closeout or discontinued items
- Products fulfilled directly from manufacturers or third-party suppliers
Because we work with multiple vendors, return eligibility may vary by product, even within the same category.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We will make it right if there is an issue with your order.
Eligible claims include:
- Damaged items upon delivery
- Defective products
- Incorrect items shipped
To qualify:
- Must be reported within 5 days of delivery (visible damage)
- Within 10 days for concealed damage or shortages
- Must include photo documentation
- Product must remain in original packaging
If approved, ValetPress will provide a replacement or resolution at our discretion.
5. Return Timeframes
For eligible items:
- 30 days from delivery for customer error (wrong item ordered)
- 30 days from delivery for defective items
- 10 days for concealed issues
- 5 days from invoice for visible issues
6. Additional Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in the same unit of measure as purchased
- Return quantities cannot exceed the amount purchased within the prior 30 days
- All returns are subject to verification against purchase history
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or subject to fees.
7. Restocking Fees
A 20% restocking fee may be applied to approved returns, particularly for:
- Customer error returns
- Items returned for credit
- Returns outside standard guidelines but accepted as an exception
8. Shipping & Return Costs
-Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to ValetPress error
- Unauthorized returns may be sent back freight collect
9. Garment Return Policy
Garments are generally eligible for return under the following conditions:
- Must be unworn and unwashed
- Must be returned within 30 days
- Must include original packaging
Exceptions:
- Logo’d or altered garments are non-returnable unless defective
- Custom or made-to-order garments are final sale
- Sizes 5XL and above are made-to-order and non-returnable
A 20% restocking fee may apply.
10. How to Start a Return
