Inspection, Acceptance, and Return of Products

The customer is responsible for inspecting and accepting products. Customer can reject and return any portion of an order that is damaged, defective, or otherwise fails to conform to the goods specified in the Customer’s order, subject to the following requirements:
During the issuance of a Return Authorization, all return quantities will be verified against all purchase history from ValetPress. Products not eligible for return will be returned to Customer, freight collect. Any requests for proof of delivery must be made within 60 days after the invoice is received; after 60 days no proof of delivery will be supplied.

If you’re not completely satisfied with one of our products, return the unworn, unwashed garment within 30 days. We’ll gladly replace the item or refund your money, guaranteed!
Logo’d or altered products can only be returned due to incorrect processing or manufacturer’s defect.
All orders are final on custom, made-to-order, or PPE items and are not returnable.
Sizes 5XL or larger in garments are produced upon request and are not readily available in stock. Processing time for these made-to-order items may extend up to 6-8 weeks. Please note that custom orders are nonrefundable and nonreturnable once the order is placed.
A 20% restocking fee may be charged on items returned for credit.
To improve our service, please tell us why you are returning an item on the packing slip. Please be as specific as possible. Please include whether you would like the item exchanged or refunded. If you are sending us a note, please include the order number. A 20% restocking fee may be charged on items returned for credit.
We recommend sending the package via UPS or insured Parcel Post. Please remember a 20% restocking fee for items returned for credit.

No Return Policy – Please note that due to necessary health and safety precautions, all PPE products are final sale. These items are non-refundable and non-returnable. Shipping & handling is non-refundable. Any shipping delays are fully responsible by the shipping courier.

All HP Qualified Supplies Customers are subject to a Returns CAP Allowance for HP Supplies products returns that is equal to 1% of the HP Qualified Supplies Customer’s net shipment dollars for HP Supplies products shipped during the preceding HP fiscal quarter. “HP Qualified Supplies Customers” refers to customers who are authorized to purchase HP Supplies products from ValetPress. “HP Supplies products” refers to all HP products within the below-listed product lines. HP Supplies products specifically excludes all HP branded hardware, HP branded copy paper, and HP branded wide format media.
HP Supplies Products
Returns of HP Supplies products over an HP Qualified Supplies Customer’s Returns CAP Allowance will incur a 10% restocking charge. Restocking charges for HP Supplies products will be calculated on a quarterly basis, and will be communicated to the HP Qualified Supplies Customer in writing. HP Supplies products returned for the following reasons are excluded from an HP Qualified Supplies Customer’s Returns CAP Allowance and will not be included in the calculation for any quarterly restocking charges:
Notwithstanding the foregoing, End of Life (EOL) products are not eligible for return. EOL products refers to HP Supplies products that are greater than thirty (30) calendar days past removal from the HP Purchase Agreement.
To initiate returns for HP Supplies products, the HP Qualified Supplies Customer should reach out directly to their ValetPress Sales Representative.
